1. License Grant
Nordic Mockup holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any content. In particular, the user may not copy, download, share (beyond the limits set forth below), modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer/assign to third parties or create derivative works from the content available on this website or any portion of the website without permission of Nordic Mockup, nor allow any third party to do so through the user or their device, even without the user’s knowledge.
2. MOCKUPS
A photograph with goods / environments etc. designed to showcase user’s designs, improve presentations or can be used on websites, social media etc.
3. Restrictions
Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:
a. Licensee shall not sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit Nordic Mockups in any manner.
b. Licensee shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the mockups.
c. Licensee shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices included in the Mockups.
4. Ownership
Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Mockups, including any intellectual property rights therein. Licensee acknowledges that this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in the Mockups to Licensee.
5. STANDARD LICENSE
Every file / content (mockup) downloaded from Nordic Mockup comes with a Standard License.
a. The rights granted to the user by Nordic Mockup are:
-Perpetual, meaning there is no expiration or end date on your rights.
-Non-exclusive, meaning that Nordic Mockup can license the same content to other users worldwide.
-Unlimited for an infinite number of projects.
-Non-transferable and not sublicensable.
b. Purpose
The Standard License is valid for the user’s client and personal projects such as corporate presentations, their own website, and their own social Media.
Standard license is intended for personal use and small companies (individuals or companies up to 15 users), you can use the license for:
-Product sales, up to 500 end product sales
-Physical advertisement
up to 5000
-Digital advertisement
up to 500.000 impressions
6. COMMERCIAL LICENSE
With the purchase of a commercial license the user obtains additionally the following rights:
a. Purpose
Intended for individuals or companies over 15 users
-Product sales, up to 10.000 end product sales
-Physical advertisement
unlimited
-Digital advertisement
unlimited impressions
b. Digital advertisement
The user may use mockups for digital online advertising within paid placement or promotional or marketing content in mobile and desktop applications for an unlimited number of impressions.
c. Electronic templates
The user may use mockups in their electronic or digital templates intended for resale or other distribution. However, the mockups may not be removed from the templates and given to third parties as stand-alone. Nordic Mockups consent via an individual license remains reserved.
d. Restrictions
The use of the mockups with a commercial license is limited to one project.
7. Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to Licensee. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease using the Mockups and remove them from the Webshop.
8. Warranty and Liability
The Mockups are provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Mockups.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ostrobotnia district court (Österbottens tingsrätt), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
11. Amendments
This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
